The family ministries at APLC are focused on how we can together as the Body of Christ raise faithful children to love, serve and honor Our Lord. What a wonderful way to support each other by coming together in fellowship, study, service and worship.
What science says:
What studies show today is that youth and children need 7-9 positive adult role models in their lives to grow and develop into positive, independent and self-giving individuals who will be able to make healthy relationships with others in personal and work place.
Faith, Fun and Fellowship Events:
The Faith, Fun and Fellowship Team puts together opportunities for families to gather for faith building, fund activities and relationship building. Check out the APLC Newsletter for more details about these fun opportunities.
APLC Family Beach Retreat- February 17-19th, 2012
Check out the two attachments for more details about the awesome APLC Family Beach Retreat. The word 'family' is used loosely. Any formation children, parents, grandparents, extended family, close neighbors and friends are invited.
